Each of our courses provides a detailed description of who it is most suitable for. We strongly recommend that if you are at the beginning of the exciting journey of Software Testing, you should start with the course ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level.

All courses are presently conducted online. However, if you have a group interested in an on-site course, please get in touch, and we can arrange it. We appreciate the value of in-person interaction for networking and sharing experiences. On the other hand, we recognise the advantages of online courses, allowing participants to stay focused at their own pace and save time on travel. We aim to be flexible, ensuring everyone can choose the best way to learn Software Testing based on their current needs.

All classes are delivered live online via Zoom. You can attend from anywhere and interact with the instructor in real time.

You can register by using our contact form, sending us an email, or even giving us a call. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation along with all course details.

If you’re unable to attend a class, please let us know as soon as possible—no later than 48 hours before the course starts.

If you inform us at least 48 hours in advance, we will be able to offer you an alternative date or a spot in a future batch.

If the course has already started, or if it’s less than 48 hours before the course begins and you’re unable to participate, unfortunately, we may not be able to reschedule. However, please still let us know—we’ll do our best to support you wherever possible.

We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and smooth administration, please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Candidate Cancellations

More than 14 days before course start: Full refund (minus a £50 administrative fee) or option to transfer to a future course at no additional cost.

Between 7–14 days before course start: 50% refund of the course fee, or option to transfer once to a future course (subject to availability).

Less than 7 days before course start or non-attendance: No refund will be issued. Transfers may be considered at the discretion of Quality Software Testing.

2. Course Transfers

Candidates may request to transfer their booking to another available session.

The first transfer request is free of charge if made at least 7 days before the course.

Additional transfers may incur an administrative fee of £100.

3. Provider Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Quality Software Testing cancels or reschedules a course, all registered candidates will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session at no extra cost.

We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred.

4. Exam Fee

If exam registration has already been processed at the time of cancellation, the exam fee may be non-refundable. We will advise you based on ISTQB exam provider policies.

5. Substitutions

A substitute delegate may attend in place of the original candidate at no extra cost, provided that we are notified at least 48 hours before the course start date.
